Covehnter
Man, i'm ready for Spring and all but this is the toughest time i've ever had letting go of duck season! I'm just sitting here watching the board! Maybe a gobble or two will help put this great season behind me.
huntn4bucks
Re: Is it November yet? Last I checked it was still February. In about 3 weeks we'll be chasing Osceola turkeys and we'll forget all about those tons of gads we shot this year. OK...there were a few trophy ducks in there too. dogdoc
Re: Is it November yet? i hear ya---I went out and did a little goose hunting last saturday---had several ducks come into the geese decoys and my dog was a little frustrated for me not taking a shot. I love duck hunting but having the dog hunt with you sure makes it much more fun!
RTF
Re: Is it November yet? Well you could go out right now before the migration returns and clean out the wood duck nest boxes from last years brood.
Covehnter
Re: Is it November yet? RTF. . . done. I see bluebills jukin', buffies burnin', and cans glidin', all along the longlines that lead to my feet! Ah, i need to get away from the books and head to the ridges and find a gobbler to get my head right!

Guest benelli_man_84
Re: Is it November yet? I hate to say this, but I will not be able to do much turkey hunting this year. Working full time and school full time is a killer.I will be doing clinicals for EMT school on the weekends, so there goes turkey season.
