ZooBear
Can anyone give me any info. on this gun? A local gun shop has one for $1000.00. It is in great shape. I was thinking this might be my new doubles gun if it wasnt a bad deal.
AJ
Re: Browning GTI? The GTI is just another Citori. It was made from 89-94. The first years guns had red lettering on the receiver. After that the lettering was gold. Guns from 1992-1994 all have ported barrels. It was optional in the 90-92 span. The 1989 guns use Invector chokes with standard sized bores. The 1990 + guns have back bored barrels and use the Invector Plus system. If it has a blued receiver, it had better be cherry for that price! The 25th Blue Book lists: 100% - $900 98% - $800 95% - $700 90% - $600 80% - $525 If it has a grey receiver, its the Golden Clays model. It was made from 93-94 and had some higher engraving (Grade VI). Its worth a bit more. 100% - $2000 98% - $1800 95% - $1450 90% - $1150 80% - $
