VermontHunter
I was going to go with fiber optic sights for my shotgun, but instead went crazy in the head and bought a Bushnell Trophy Mutli-Reticle red-dot scope,,, My shotgun is now being drilled and tapped for a mounting rail, all for the grand total of $139.00. Hopefully a Turkey makes the mistake of crossing the muzzel of my 12 ga. Now say you are proud of me AJ,,, Thanks for all of the help and suggestions folks.... AJ
Re: Took the Plunge !! Cool! Which shotgun do you have? Not all shotguns can be drilled and tapped for scope mounting.

slugshooter
Re: Took the Plunge !! I used to have a Winchester 120 Ranger. It was the first gun I bought when I turned 18. Got it used, I had it up until a couple years ago. When I got it, some egghead that had it before me scratched "Old Lulabell" on the receiver. No biggie I guess. I never got around to getting it fixed though but I eventually stripped the stock and sanded it down and restained it and then put camo tape on the receiver to cover up the "inscription". Belive it or not it looks like the day it came out of that factory box,,,
