For you parents out there I have a question. Do you pay any attention to the ratings on these games? My sister in-law purchased a popular game (Grand Theft Auto, I believe) rated for 17+ year old individuals for her 14 year old with the excuse of all his friends had it. She then became upset when she found out there were hidden scenes with nudity and sex acts. Now, I have another question. Why is nudity and sex (not rape) so bad, but killing and stealing are acceptable? I think our societies priorities are a bit skewed. What is your child learning from this?
