Illinoisbowhunter Posted February 20, 2006 Report Share Posted February 20, 2006 Thats right...went to the local proshop the other day knowing I wanted to shoot the Switchback XT and Bowtech Tribute. Well needless to say both where very close. Anything you would want in top of the line bows. The one thing I liked better about the XT, its grip fits my palm better then the Tribute. It seems that most of them are not being sent with the idler wheel with the correct amount of lean to get the bow to tune properly. Look at the Mathews Tech Forum and look up how to tune one of these bows. Make sure if you use a pro shop, they know about this. My pro shop argued with me about it. I set the bow up myself. I ordered a Tribute because I liked the smaller grip and it had absolutely no recoil or vibration and was just a sweet shooter. The XT would have probably been my next choice.
