AJ
Re: Winchester 94 375 magnum For starters, its not a magnum. The chambering is a 375 Winchester (no magnum). Since the Big Bore 94 rifle was a flop, Winchester dropped chambering it for the 375 Win back in 1987 or so. I looked at Cabelas and they don't sell the ammo chambered for your gun. You can always reload for the gun. As for buying loaded ammo you can get it from Conley Precision Cartridge. They can also be had from Quality Cartridge and some are on Auctin Arms from Wisconsin Cartridge Corp. Yet another place is The Ammo Bank If the gun has never been fired, keep it that way and store it safely in its original box. If it has been fired, start reloading, its much cheaper
terry264
Re: Winchester 94 375 magnum Hi firefighter, depending on where you are in MD, I may not be far from you, ha. Just wanted you to know that cheaperthandirt.com and natchezss.com both list the .375 Win. 200 gr. bullet loading at 2200 fps. and both outfits are currently out of stock. They list them in the low $20's/box and there is a place to click on to notify you when these are in stock. Hope this helps a little. Didn't check Gander Mtn., Cabela's, or some of the other big supply houses in MD or Southern PA. Just might find some in stock somewhere. Seems I've seen them here in Preston County, WV or Garrett County, MD. See ya', Terry.
firefighter
Re: Winchester 94 375 magnum A.J., The gun has never been fired, I put the gun back in the box, and in the safe where it will stay. I will not shoot the gun at all. I am even going as far as putting the documentation for it in a safe deposit box at the bank......... AJ
Re: Winchester 94 375 magnum That is your best move. Good job! Since USRA is not oing to build the 94 any more, it may go up in value even faster.
