AaronS
Re: New 4 Wheeler Ouch! Did the Kawi go bounce off the trailer and go somersaulting down the road?! That's a pretty Sportsman.

texastrophies
Re: New 4 Wheeler [ QUOTE ] sweet! BTW--how'd ya like that BB on sunday [/ QUOTE ] That was depressing, I was flipping back & forth between that & the race and I kept waiting for the run to come, and each time I went back to the game it was worse. Finally just quit switching to it. To answer the earlier question, yea a strap broke @ 70 mph. Cartwheels followed.

unioncountyslayer
Re: New 4 Wheeler If you have a Tractor Supply nearby, they sell these tire braces that mount to your trailer's floor. They basically lock your fourwheelers tires into place so the fourwheeler can't move while being transported. I use them on my trailer for my mowers and they work great. Guest MIhillbilly
Re: New 4 Wheeler Adivice from fellow Sportsman owner: Don't make the same mistake I made. Last year I took a nice 9 point during archery season. Rode my Sportsman down to recover the buck. Opened the lid on the front rack, got my straps out, loaded the buck on the front rack, stapped it down, and rode off. I guess in the excitement I forgot to lock the lid on the front rack before I rode off. Everything was ok till I started down hill. Then the lid flipped up with the buck attached to it :-) Luckily nothing was damaged, but it coulda been bad.
