DU_man_84
alright guys, the classic kicks off the season these year at lake Toho, home of big fish, question here is there gonna be fishing the spawn cycle with a lot of site fishing and thick cover, do you guys think someone will be able to beat Dean Rojas 108.12 lbs total weight, though that was over a 4 day period and the classic will be over 3, wont be beat but i think someone will be able to beat his day 1 record wieght of 45.2 lbs, cant wait till friday
Texan_Til_I_Die
Re: Bassmasters Classic I doubt it will happen there. Now if they were fishing Lake Amistad, I'd say it was was not only possible, but likely. EVERY two day tournament there for the past month has taken over 50 lbs to win, and those aren't the top pros fishing them. And guess what? I'm heading down there Friday for a 4 day weekend! Woo Hoo!!!

dogdoc
Re: Bassmasters Classic Mike Iaconelli disqualified from classic for improper behavior. He forgot to turn on the live well pump and all his fish died. After he discovered this he tried to revive the fish but no luck. He lost it. Started tearing stuff up on the boat and cursing in front of the camera and spectators. He's a very emotional fisherman but crossed the line. I wonder if this will cost him any sponsors. todd

Texan_Til_I_Die
Re: Bassmasters Classic I went to Amistad, not Doc. Had 2 good days, 2 poor days. My best day I had a 6, 5, 4, couple of 3's and about a dozen 2 pounders. Plus some smaller bass. As soon as I can find the darn USB cable for my camera I'll get some pics up.
