Adjam5
Re: WASP JACKHAMMERS, WHAT DO YOU THINK?? I used them once. 100grainers. They performed good for me and I recovered both my deer. Full penetration of my arrow. I still have one left over. This site here has a little write up on those heads. Broadhead tests.com
BowJoe
Re: WASP JACKHAMMERS, WHAT DO YOU THINK?? I just switched over to the Jak Hammers. I couldn't get my Muzzy's to tune right and I just used a buddie's Jak hammer for a quick hunt. I shot a button and hit the spine from the ground. (Don't ask me how) Left a hole the size of can of corn. Needless to say, I bought a whole set of them from bass pro. Like them a lot. AdvantageTimberLou
Re: WASP JACKHAMMERS, WHAT DO YOU THINK?? I have used them and yes they are impressive and fly great. One of the more durable mechanicals out there to choose from. WASP makes some good products and I wouldn't hesitate shooting them!
Guest AllArmyoutdoorsSD
Re: WASP JACKHAMMERS, WHAT DO YOU THINK?? I haven't tried the WASP heads yet, been shooting the Rocket 125s, I couldn't get my Muzzys to fly right and tried the mech as a last resort. WOW, I don't know if I will go back to a traditional broadhead.

wvbowhunter
Re: WASP JACKHAMMERS, WHAT DO YOU THINK?? My son used them a couple years ago when he had a bow that was a beast to tune.....the jackhammers shot true and made MASSIVE EXIT WOUNDS no problem recovering his deer.....they do the job. PAbowhunter4life
Re: WASP JACKHAMMERS, WHAT DO YOU THINK?? I think my 100 gr., 1 3/4" cut version is going to let the air out of a gobbler or 2 this spring As others have said, these heads are probably one of the toughest mechanicals ont he market, and their blades come scary sharp from the factory. jbeck
Re: WASP JACKHAMMERS, WHAT DO YOU THINK?? I used the 125 gr. on 2 deer. I only got pass throught on one though. I don't build enough kenetic energy to use mech. I will say they did a job on those deer, both dropped within 60 yards. Brother uses them and has great success with them. Good Luck
c_lou
Re: WASP JACKHAMMERS, WHAT DO YOU THINK?? I use the 125 grain version. I have killed 3 deer with them, and none of the deer ran further than 50 yards. The blood trails are not so much a trail as they are a red highway.
