Re: Green Wing Teal Pic

You would have had to see the other pics and the comments he made on another site to fully understand what he was talking about calling him an "idiot"...

That pic was takin with 2 guys...and they had 4 pintails, 3 were hens and 4-5 mallard hens and one guy (Scott) had a mallard in his mouth...

Bottom line is they thought they were cool...

And when it was said and done..."they were far from cool!"

Re: Green Wing Teal Pic

J.J. ouch you guys got your point across on the fudge deal,... There were 4 hunters on that shoot, my brother was not biting a duck head, he was posing a pic that pooked fun at a long time duck hunting idol of ours.... The image was of he and I together, hunting our favorite N.TX location. As we have hunted it for over ten years...

He (My Brother) had no idea I posted that image until the storm developed. For a guy who killed close to 300 ducks last season, I am surprised you brought up that in this forum. Heck you have even hunted with my brother...

After promoting Truscott's hunting on two TV shows and about 11 published magazines, over the last six years, I surely will not stop promoting the place. The local residents up there look forward to what little extra income they can earn from hunting.

-I will face any one of you guys alone and in person to address this issue. Hunting is about much more than burning a secret public duck hole location. While the 270 ducks U harvested in a single season is a huge accomplishent, one of the guys who took that pic and hunted with us , a full time waterfowl guide, finished with just over 500 ducks..

I am done w/ the fudge, but will certainly think of you guys when I

travel to Argentina this May for Duck and Dove Hunting in South America.

Dude you got 14 posts and just joined this board, I have 152 and been sharing hunting pics here since may of 2004. Go back to the Fudge board, folks here at realtree have much more class...

And this pic of mine had 1600 views since '04, at realtree.. Do you have any that popular???

Re: Green Wing Teal Pic

Tom,

I am sorry I have not had the pleasure of hunting with Scott "Duck" Walker...but I have had the enjoyment of hunting with Bruce...who is a fine gentleman.

I am glad that you were able to take a picture of some horns stacked high...

I did have a good year and compared to others only got a peice of the pie...

You made a mistake and everyone knows that...including yourself...

I hope you have fun in your lovly town of Truscott this year and welcome all the new friends as well...Guess it will just benefit the locals in the long run and raise the cost of your leases!

So, guess it is just a win win situation!

Thanks for the compliments!
