magnatecsteve
Re: Realtree Turkey Team #18 GREAT!! Got Limbhangers for a name! Although we got a last reminder of winter today, the turkey are REALLY moving. Seen 3 different groups of birds today, and I wasn't even out looking for them. One group of all toms, at least 8 birds with 5 or so mature toms. Another group of about 25 birds with 3 big toms STRUTTING! The other group was mostly hens with a few toms, too far to really see beard size but looked like mostly jakes. Warmer weather is on the way here pretty soon, just hope it doesn't get too warm too quick.

magnatecsteve
Re: Realtree Turkey Team #18 YEAH FENDERHUNT4, LOOKS GREAT!! Thanks! Was cruising down the gravel road where I hunt before going to work last night...a big tom darted accross the road about 30 yards in front of the truck!! Looked to be sporting about a 10 incher..a shooter.. On the way home from work, I saw 5 birds in the field, two off from the others looked to be toms, too far to tell. The weather here is turning warm, earlier than usual this year. I usually have to bundle up in the mornings for about the first week, maybe not this year! Can't WAIT!!
