It is in great working condition but does have some small scratches on it. It is used but not abused! I mainly used it just for emegencys. The plan is great if you are on a budget and don't want to pay $35 a month. With the plan I had it cost less than $7 per month. You have to buy a special phone card for it. Rates are $.25 per minute for the first 10 minutes used in a day and then only $.10 per minute after that. Would like $30 shipped.
