beagleboy Posted February 28, 2006 Report Share Posted February 28, 2006 Well I ended the last day of rabbit season afield with my brother and my two female beagles. The dogs chased about four rabbits and I shot two of them. Ended the season with a bang. Hope everyone had a safe and productive season. Now we have spring turkey to look foward to May 1. I want to get out after some squirrels, maybe a rabbit or two, but it does not look promising at all. I'm going to try to dress warm though and go sit somewhere in some pines where it is protected and hope to have a squirrel or 3 come by.
