PAbowhunter86
Re: stands I use a climbing stand so it is taken out when I leave. Dont like the fact of leaving a stand out for someone to take.

puffy
Re: stands Cutter and I had all our stands out right after season finished up within a couple of weeks. I believe it was 10 in total. Next season it will be a little different for us, as we are going to double up stands so we can film and hunt. Congrats on the new head gear! ksbowhntr77
Re: stands I got my two hang on stands out about 2 months ago, but went to take my ladder stand down to paint and repair, but it was GONE!! Can U believe it and less than 300 yards behind my house too. I can't stand people like that. But the good thing is I still have my other two. Guest buddy ahart
Re: stands My ladder stands get light in color they go from a grey to a blue almost and need to be repainted like every 2 or 3 years i dont need to but it helps to hide them a little better. So a few quick swipes of non reflective black or any dark color helps.
oo_buck
Re: stands Actually, I'm gonna leave mine out this year....I'm gonna move it soon so that I don't have to carry it by hand through a planted field though....
okbowman
Re: stands I have a 2-man ladder stand that stays out year round, its awesome to use when I take one of my sons with me. The others are loc-ons or climbers and they are all out of the woods right now!
ODH
Re: stands man, I can't wait for this spring and summer, I'm planning on getting 3 new stands and I have some spots I can wait to put them in!
puffy
Re: stands Can't leave stands out around here or you'll be missing them or get a fine. Your name and address has to be on a sign hung in the area of your stand. If I had private land myself I'd do it but not otherwise.
Ravin R10 man
Re: stands My tree Lounge is the only stand I bring in...I do however check them over and bring them in as needed. Adjusting the chain/straps on the tree is an ongoing chore every year.

Guest generallee
Re: stands The only time my stands move is when i decide i wanna move one to another location. But even in those cases, i usually just buy a new one, lol......cant ever have enough hunting gear.
