Read the caption over the video.

That's just the description by some cyber moron, not the actual subject matter of the song. Here's the translated lyrics from German...

Moscow

Strangely and mysteriously

Towers from red gold

Coldly like the ice

Moscow

But who really knows you

White, a fire burns

In you so hot

Kosaken hey hey hey lifts the glasses

Natascha hectar hectar hectar you is beautiful

Towarisch hey hey hey on the life

On your well-being brother hey brother ho

Moscow, Moscow

Throw the glasses to the wall

Russia is a beautiful country

Ho ho ho ho ho, hey

Moscow, Moscow

Your soul is so large

The devil is the matter at night there

Hectar hectar hectar hectar hectar, hey

Moscow, Moscow

Love tastes like caviar

Girls are to kiss there

Ho ho ho ho ho, hey

Moscow, Moscow

Come we dance on the table

Until the table breaks down

Hectar hectar hectar hectar hectar

Moscow

Gate to the past

Mirror of the Zarenzeit

Red like the blood

Moscow

Who knows your soul

White, the love burns

Hot like the glow

Kosaken hey hey hey lifts the glasses

Natascha hectar hectar hectar you is beautiful

Towarisch hey hey hey on the love

On your well-being girl hey girls ho

Moscow, Moscow

Throw the glasses to the wall

Russia is a beautiful country

Ho ho ho ho ho, hey

Moscow, Moscow

Your soul is so large

The devil is the matter at night there

Hectar hectar hectar hectar hectar, hey

Moscow

Lala lala lala la, lala lala lala la

Ho ho ho ho ho, hey

Moscow, Moscow Lala lala lala la, lala lala lala la

Hectar hectar hectar hectar hectar

Oh, oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh

Moscow, Moscow

Moscow, Moscow

One drinks Wodka purely and coldly

That makes one hundred years old

hectar hectar hectar hectar hectar, hey

Moscow, Moscow

Vaeterchen your glass is empty

But in the cellar is still more

Hectar hectar hectar hectar hectar

Moscow, Moscow

Love tastes like caviar

Girls are to kiss there

Hectar hectar hectar hectar hectar

Moscow, Moscow

Come we dance on the table

Until the table breaks down

Hectar hectar hectar hectar hectar, hey!

I found a quote from the blonde chick in red from the video on a blog about the song... "The song was intended to accompany the 1980 Olympic Games in the capital of the then UdSSR but didn't make it there because of the boycot of the Games by the Western nations due to the Russians invasion in afghanistan.

It is a song to show the brighter sides of Russian life and has no political intention whatsoever."

I'm still not sure exactly what it's about, but I'm sure it's not about gayness.
