AJ
Re: Grilling Steaks... Tri-tip is my favorite beef steak to grill. Nothing like a Santa Maria BBQ. As for a typical steak, its got to be the Porterhouse. It's two steaks in one.

Strut10
Re: Grilling Steaks... Round tends to be on the tough side. Not sure what a club steak is???? Other than that.........all of the above!! 500 degrees or so and about 45 seconds - 1 minute to a side. Yummm!! Probably pick Porterhouse as my #1. Smitteken
Re: Grilling Steaks... I love a strip steak, but you can't beat a ribeye. They have the perfect amount of fat so all you have to do is throw them on the grill and the smoke and fat give them perfect flavor. No marinade required. RangerClay
Re: Grilling Steaks... None of the above. The only steak in my house is venison. Can't stand that greasy dead bovine Ranger
Guest Andrea
Re: Grilling Steaks... The filet mignon is great. However....the best steak I have ever tasted came from an OSTRICH.

Tominator
Re: Grilling Steaks... Angus Ribeye is my favorite. Marinate those puppies in olive oil, a touch of A1, and a sprig of Rosemary. Yummmy. BTW--if you try that, don't grill the Rosemary, it will turn bitter, but do a fine chop of it, and sprinkle it on the steak after grilling. Hooooo boy, goooooood eatin'
