My family and I are very big steak eaters, probably eat it 2-3 times a week and during the summer we do alot of fellowships and entertaining and will sometimes go through 10-20 ribeyes a pop. Beef tenderloin is best but very expensive while ribeye is more economical and with the right marbling can be great. We use a Lynx grill and it has a infrared burner that it very hot and grills to perfection.

Make em medium rare......ahhhhhhhh

About the only steaks we would buy from the store for the grill were T-bones and fillets. Since having this rather large angus steer processed fairly recently, we are learning different ways to cook some different steak cuts I was not real familiar with cooking before. Have got some club or delmonico steaks I need to dig out and try, they should be pretty good.
