maddhunter
What size, length, and wieght do you'all use? And where is the best place to get them online? Should I have one on the back also? I'm not looking for anything too expensive, just would like to see how much difference it will make.
Tony
Re: Stabilizer ??????? Dwin. the length of stabilizer you use determines what class you will shoot. i use a 34 inch Easton X10 for 3D and indoor . that puts me in the Open class or freestyle. when i shot hunter class and bowhunter freestyle , i had to keep the stabilizer under 12 inches. in our shop a guy had a 11.7 inch Bomar 00 stabilizer. i hadnt heard of them , so i tried one 6 years ago. i still have it and i use it on my hunting bow now. doinker makes a good stabilizer. the most important thing is that you find one that is comfortable to you. its all about adding or taking away weight on the end to get it to hold better for you. i will bring my Bomar to Oklahoma for you and anyone else to try if you like. but you have to buy your own , i like mine to much to part with it. if you go to this website , they have a huge listing for stabilizer in many differant lengths. http://www.lancasterarchery.com/shop/index.php i hope this helps ...
