Gang, inorder to keep this comp moving Ill give everyone the next couple of days to get a pic up but please do so! Also, we will take entries through Friday. The comp. date will NOT be extended, you will simply have less time to achieve your results.

We need more people in the contest!

I'm not participating but I've went from 240.5 to 229.5 since Alex first offered the contest. I've been working out 3 days a week and doing cardio 3-4 days also. Personally I think the BMI calculation the doctors came up with is not a good measure of health. I'm considered obese but most of my weight is muscle mass, although I do have a belly I need to get rid of.. blush.gif

Youre right on about the bmi! Although I look like road kill in that pic, I can still bench over 250, I squat almost twice my body weight and when I had my body fat down to almost single digits I still weighed in at 185. According to anything that gauges body index I am WAY over weight for my height.

Here's my ending stats...

Height: 5' 10"

Weight: 183.5

BMI: 26.3%

I pretty much changed my diet and then added in some minor weight lifting and stretching. Seemed like I was stuck at 184 forever and at 183.5 I'm not much past it but oh well.
