hutchies
Re: Hunting Online? I could see maybe using this for fully handicapped people but they should still have to be in a blind even if a computer is hooked up to the gun
Doc
Re: Hunting Online? A quote from CNN: "The Web site already offers target practice with a .22 caliber rifle and could soon let hunters shoot at deer, antelope and wild pigs, site creator John Underwood said on Tuesday." While it is not here yet, it looks like hunting live animals via the internet is what is coming. Doc
billygoat
Re: Hunting Online? That's just not right, computers are great, but interactive live hunting fenced game? Doesn't seem like Bill Jordan, or the Primos team have difficulty getting the disabled hunters into live hunt's.
Doc
Re: Hunting Online? Well, it's just a sign of the times. One cannot browse through the endless list of techical applications that have popped up in hunting without at least imagining this possibility. Technology has become the way of making our lives easier and devoid of challenge, and we are already conditioned to not only accept these advances, but to embrace them. We continue to buy into that mentality and apply it to hunting at an ever increasing pace. If for some reason, this particular corruption of hunting doesn't actually come to pass, you can pretty much expect to see other, equally repugnant, technology being applied. As I said, it's just a sign of the times. Doc
