Eliminates release torque. Arrows don't fall off if you have to let your draw down (this happens all the time with a release under arrow on the bowstring). Not nearly as hard on a release as a metal loop, nor as hard on the bowstring. You also run a very real risk of splitting a nock with a short axle to axle bow if you try attaching the release below the arrow on the bowstring. This can cause dry fires and exploding arrows.

In short, YES!

Leo summed it up, I love my string loops, as long as its not too long, and is tied very tight and properly....dont let an idiot tie it, rude awakening when it releases prematurely..........uggggg........but it will improve your accuracy greatly, and you'll be able to "let down" if the shot is not there on an animal without losing your arrow due to torque.....al
