Deep breaths, count to ten, sorry for your luck. Try to remain calm, you are likely to acheive better results.

Keep COOL bud.... wink.gifwink.gif

I had 3 of my four limbs crack on my Alpine that was less than a year old.... I could have went off the deep end when the shop that sold me the bow told me I was own my own.... mad.gifmad.gif,, but instead I called Alpine directly and advise them of what was happening, needless to say they weren't very happy either.....

They looked up a different local dealer and 3 wayed a conference call between me, Alpine and the NEW shop and told that shop owner to do what ever it took to get my bow back to NEW and working order and they (Alpine) would take care of any expenses.. wink.gif

So my advice is stay cool and calm, if the shop won't take care of it for ya, call HOYT and Im sure they will, Pronto..... But you have to remember it takes time to ship and receive parts and then do they repairs that are necessary.... wink.gif

The thing that really stinks is resetting your sights and such..... frown.gif

Good Luck to ya, and Im sure HOYT will take very good care of ya, if you stay cool and calm.... smile.gif

I agree that it would definately upset me as well, but dealing with the manufacturer is your best bet on a speedy replacement or repair if your retailer is less than enthusiastic about dealing with you. I've had great results handling my problems with a little diplomacy. Good luck!
