Tommorow I play in the Division 1 state football championships. Marshfield Football has been down to state 5 out the the last 8 years and I wanna bring home the gold once again to the lil hick town of marshfield. Wish us luck. Say a prayer. Sadly we lost 17-6. Hard way to end your senior season. This was a tough game and takeing nothing away from Mukwanago, we had a terrible game, and theor tough defense is part of it.. I don't know what it was but our offense and defense just wern't clicking and working together. On offense we couldn't find a rythym and on defense we let them score too much. It was a **** of a ride with my teamates. WE began this Journey with a dream of going to state, and another dream on winning it. We made 1 of those goals, but the second one just didn't work out as planned. We are the other team in D1 to accomplish even part of these dreams. From loosing that one time in the regular season to DC Everst, the Team to beat in the state by 3, to Beating them by one in the second round of the playoffs. To the 4th string fieldgoal kicker kicking the game winning field goal at Wasaw East. My team and my guys have believed in each other, us and that dream to Touch The Turf at Madison. I touched the Turf, made some great plays. But as a team we didn't get it done. Its about 12:17 now.. I gotta be up at 3 to go and deer hunt. Laters and Thanks again yall.
