Some of the "old timers" here may remember me but to you younger guys i used to post here alot but due to some things that happened kinda just faded into the sunset but you know what life is to short to let petty things get to you. That being said I think its time I try to jump in more often and be a apart of this great community and maybe even stir the pot once in a while So hide the women and children....I am back I will try to update you guys more as to what I have been up to when i have more time. Here is a quick update...my daughter is in her Jr year of college studing Social Services. I still love to hunt (of course) but this past year i didnt get to hunt much because had to help care for my elderly parents but i still got out some. I have spent alot of time working with the ministry of Skillet which is a Christian rock band. They of course minister mostly to young people. I am a moderator at their site...(http://panheads.org/boards/). My user name is John316. There are a lot of good kids there that i am very proud of and they dont seem to mind an old goat hanging around. My goal is to try to encourage them to live their lives for God to the fullest. I am also involved in my local church. I still like Darton products...i just bought a Darton Tundra which i hope to give the scrubs a fit with this fall.I dont get to shoot as much as i used to but I still try to at least shot a couple of times a month during the off season and of course more as the season gets close.
