Missed160
Can't wait!!! I am taking my son on his first ever fishing trip to Lake Superior on friday, fishing for Kamloops. With the warmer weather we are starting to get they should really be turning on! Anyone here ever fish loopers?

Missed160
Re: Loopin\' After I posted,I thought that a lot of people might not know what they are. A Looper is a strain of Rainbow that was stocked in Superior from Kamloops British Columbia. They run in the spring and fall. Nice big fish. They are built like footballs, and the ones we catch run in the 4-7lb range.. With light tackle it's a blast. I'll post pictures next week..
