Another question about T/C Hawkins

Recommended Posts

What is the little screw between the two triggers for?is to adjust the weight on the trigger that fires the gun after the first set trigger is pulled.T/c states 1/2 saftey the trigger or hammer ,turn the small screw clockwise until a click is heard, that would be the lightest setting on the firing trigger once the set trigger has been pulled.I myself turn the little screw clockwise until you hear the click, then I turn the screw one complete turn counter-clockwise and leave it alone, for me this seem to be the best settings.I WOULD THEN TRY THE TRIGGER WITH A CAP AND SEE IF THE TRIGGER WILL SET ,HOLD AND THEN PULL THE MAIN TRIGGER TO SEE HOW YOU LIKE THE SETTING.T/C STATES NEVER SET THE LITTLE SCREW CLOCKWISE MORE THEN ONCE THE CLICK IS HEARD.
