This is a rack that I have on my wall. The bull was killed in 1943 with a 30-30 lever. I have posted it here before, but It gets me pumped for the new season of chasing bulls.

Is there an OTC tag in Utah? I didn't know that. I thought non residents were draw only. But yeah an OTC or a draw area that has decent bulls but not a unit that is in the spot light right now. Some of those units I wouldnt live long enough to get a draw tag in.

ANY LE unit in utah will have bulls over 350" and will be very hard to draw. There are no "sleeper" units. Yes you can buy an otc tag in june and hunt several good areas during the september bowhunt. If you are willing to hike, you have a good chance at a branch-antlered bull. Bull scoring over 400" have come from the general units with 350" class bull being taken nearly every year that I know of.

Man that is a awesome bull! I don't know what I'd do if one like that came into me. Even the rag horns get my adrenilen going!

Always been bowhunting them when their in the rut. This year will be my first time with a rifle, don't really know what to expect.

Best of luck to everone on the draw!!
