Re: Freedom to Facism

Man, this is a topic I could talk about until the Lord returns..LOL

Absolute power corrupts absolutely and Absolute freedom is chaos and Terror.

We all know, or should know by now that our so-called "government by the people, for the people" is more like "Government for special interest groups, for special interest groups" and what the general population wants is basically put on the back burner.

I'm not against taxes. In order to have the important things we want as a society, like good health care, good military, etc, etc, we need to pay for it all somehow. That money doesn't come out of thin air. But I'm no expert on the subject, so my comments are limited for sure.

What I found most interesting in the clip, was the mention of the computer chips, being implanted in people. It sounds like the Mark of the Beast is just around the corner. Sure does make ya wonder.

It's already here for the most part Steve. Have you ever heard of an RFID chip? There are employers here in America currently using them to keep track of employees, clock in/out, entry into secure area's. The chips are implanted voluntarily of course, but who is to say 10-20 years down the road, everyone will need one for identification purposes. That's more plausible now with the "War on Terror", how many times have you heard the term "National ID Card" tossed around? The card doesn't necessarily have to be a card you whip out of your wallet, it can be as small as a grain of rice and implanted in your forearm and you never know it's there. Maybe I am an alarmist, but IMHO I think it is a very plausible scenario. The problem is the way it is brought about, such as the "War on Terror." Most people are going to balk at the thought of having a chip implanted for ID purposes, unless you tell them they can't shop, enter a building, fly on a plane, ride on a train or any other thing we take for granted because their identity cannot be verified without the RFID chip. As far as I am concerned, the person who attempts to mandatorily implement this is the AntiChrist, so I guess I'll starve, either that or live off the land.
