Well it really comes an hour earlier it is really 5:30. I know I should not have said that. 2 weekends ago I was just making it in the woods before daylight at 6 and this past weekend it was almost 7 before daylight. But I love the longer day's more time to play with a bow and such. cool.gif

LOL...Here I am getting tired, took my Melatonin 1-1/2hrs ago, I've been taking Melatonin for the last 4 days now and this is the post I read last before signing off tongue.gifwink.gif

Stuff gets me drowsy after awhile and I dont wake up in the middle of the night anymore...wake up feeling well rested too cool.gif

Seems to me my sleep patterns go in cycles. I'll go a few weeks of tossing and turning, to a good night sleep to stone dead sleep, followed by bouts of insommnia, then it starts over.

I think my schedule is to blame. I'm never in the same routine, which is bad for sleep. They say you should go to bed at the same time everyday, and wake up at the same time for the best sleep cycles.
