Hillbilly
Once hunting for mushrooms I found a 7 point skull. Nice small buck. I think it's the buck I couldn't find that winter. Shot one a little far back with the shotgun. Lost the blood trail in a thicket, then found him that spring.
puffy
Re: I\'ve never found any sheds in my whole life. Start in January and find out where they bed and feed and you'll have a good idea the area they travel when they lose those horns. So far my buddy and I have found dozens of sheds. We frequently walk areas after season to see whats up, and this goes on until April. It's a good way to see how the deer are making out and what kind of sign there could be for next year. It's a great way to spend an afternoon.
