Chrud
Re: Carter Releases Yes sir. I bought the Two Shot last year. It is in a class all it's own. The adjustability of the length of the release and the trigger weight is very nice. I believe you can adjust the trigger travel also. Straight from the factory, the trigger does not move. Which is very nice, you can shoot it like a back tension or actually squeeze through the trigger. I've shot Scott and Tru-Fire in the past and I would never be able to squeeze through those triggers with as light as they are. You might want to look at the Quickie and Quickie2. They were new last year I believe. I've been reading a lot of good reports about them also.

dg
Re: Carter Releases I've shot the same release since 1995 (or so?). It's a Big Kid 3D. But I use it for hunting too.

Tony
Re: Carter Releases i use a Carter One shot for hunting and i have 3 differant Carters for competition . a Solution 2, 2.5 and a Just Cuz . one thing about a Carter is that the smoothness of the trigger is like a fine grade rifle trigger. they are easy to adjust and easy to use. i highly reccomend them to anyone to use for hunting or competition. Leo
Re: Carter Releases The quickie is one that has my interest lately. Looks like it would be a great hunting release.
Tony
Re: Carter Releases you might want to look at the releases that fully enclose the while on the d loop. the quicky is a great release, but i have heard of some guys that have had the d loop slip off of the hook. if you want one, then try one out at a pro shop before you buy it.. atthewall
Re: Carter Releases I shoot a Carter Chocolate Addiction 4 finger for hunting and 3D. Clips on the string loop and hangs in hunting situations and frees up the hand on stand.
