BowtechsWife
Women these days are very busy...family, jobs, education, etc. So with our busy lives, how do you find time for hunting?
Guest Andrea
Re: How do you make time for hunting Well, I have to MAKE time. Fortunately for me, I have a job that allows me the time in the afternoons during seer season to hunt. And also, my children are at the age where they don't have to be monitored 24/7 and they have done pretty well. ( SO FAR..............) So when I say I have to MAKE time, I mean that the dishes won't get washed right away, the laundry tends to pile up and dinner usually consists of something very quick. And my husband understands this. ( Besides, if he ever complained.....then it would just get worse anyway. ) If he can indulge in this obsessive sport then so can I. Right? BowtechsWife
Re: How do you make time for hunting Sounds like the key is having the kids get a little older. Maybe in a few more years I can get out there more. Gives me hope!

Reloader
Re: How do you make time for hunting As a guys perpective, Bowtech's wife, Make Steve stay home every other day so you can hunt... My wife doesn't hunt but I stay home with our kids so she can do her things. Then she stays home when I am going hunting or shooting. Though when she was out of town during the last weekend of deer season this year I got some friends to babysit!
ladyluck
Re: How do you make time for hunting I am fortunate. I do not have kids, my husband loves to hunt also. And I get 5-6 weeks vacation. Most of my vacation is for hunting.
wtnhunt
Re: How do you make time for hunting Like I responded to kuntryboys post in here about this. I give the wife opportunities to go during the rifle season. I take care of everything at home with the kids and house work while she is gone. Guest outdoorgirl
Re: How do you make time for hunting It's hard finding time to hunt.....one good thing is we have split custody of his two kids....this week they were with their mother so this week i did some turkey hunting and didn't have to get them off to school...it works out good. I stay home and work off the computer and i do find time to hunt when i want to.
