The Derby doesn't run until 6:00 PM but the racing starts at 11:00 AM so it is an all day event. Lots of fun, this was our third year in a row. It's almost like a NASCAR race, except for all the betting. But people have their favorite horse and cheer him/her on. There were over 157,500 people in attendance this year!
