NYBUCK
Re: new bow ? Shoot them both. The mathews XT is sweeeet. I would probably buy that if I was going to get one, but I shot the bowtech and that is also an awesome bow.
Guest hookedonhunting
Re: new bow ? Ive got the old Mathews Feather max. Its a great bow but its now discontinued. I am really wanting to buy the bowtech tribute but my cheaper mathews shoots so well i dont know what to do. The bottom line. Mathews,BowTech, and Hoyt all make good bows. All you need to do is do a little test to see which one shoots the best,is very quiet, and the one you are most comfortable with. Also you may consider Diamond Bows. They are made by bowtech and feel good in the hand. (never shot one though). Hope this helps! Good luck. Here is a link for diamond bows

preacherman
Re: new bow ? have the mathews xt and love it. buy what you are comfortable with. there are alot of good bow companies out there, shoot them all and then you decide.
wheelin99xj
Re: new bow ? I looked at both this year both are very nice bows, but to me the bowtech felt better I had a really hard time between the allegiance and the tribute but went with the allegiance with smooth mods and I could not be happier with it. In agreement with above check out the Diamond line it has some really nice bows and they are a little cheaper also. You really just need to shoot as many as possible one will stand out to YOU and that is the one you want, don't get to caught up in brand name they all make some good bows. Good luck and let us know what you decide.

Tominator
Re: new bow ? My buddy has a bowtech. It's nice. A little loud. I have a Legacy. Not as fast as the bowtech, but quieter. Shoot both, see what you think.
