Tominator
Got this tilled up the other day, and planted it yesterday. Rain is predicted here for the next few days. All in all, 1/2 of it is corn, 1/2 is soy beans. This will bring in the deer, and pheasant, and the bunnies like it too. Plot size is 68 paces long, and aboooot 50' wide. WHISKEYSWAMP
Re: Ready to Plant! Nice plot... I just tilled up about an 8th of an acre the other day for my turkey plot... unfortunately the chufa didn't come in until today so I couldn't plant before the rain. We did get our clover planted though. How big is your tiller? I just bought a 42" land pride a couple weeks ago at an auction... wish I had a bigger one now. Maybe you will have some luck along the pines this year.
Tominator
Re: Ready to Plant! [ QUOTE ] Yep, so what is the neighbor planting this year? [/ QUOTE ] Same as last year--weeds. Neighbor on the north (where the dead cat was) is corn this year. These two pictures are looking south and southwest.
