Guest Xen
so, I was fishing with my family and it had been a slow day. then late in the afternoon, we caught 4 trout in 5 minutes. a guy came walking down the shoreline and wanted to look at our fish. well, the one fish that i caught the whole day, was a beautiful rainbow, 17" long. a nice catch, but really, nothing to write home about so i didn't bother with pictures. however, the guy that came down to look at the fish went nuts over it. then he asked if he could bring his adopted son down to take a picture with my fish... at this point i'm thinking sure, that'll be cool, his 5 or 6 year old kid can come hold it up and get a cute little picture. imagine my suprise when the kid comes down with a full moustache. he had to be 17 or 18 years old at least. ah, but here is where it gets really odd... he has a fishing pole in his hand. his dad grabs the fish out of our bucket, ties the line to the fish, and throws it back in the water! the son starts reeling the fish back in with this light-weight pole, and it looks like the pole is gonna break. meanwhile, the dad is clicking away with his digital camera, making it look like this kid actually caught the fish. then the kid starts grinning and says "yeah, that's the biggest fish i've ever caught" i honestly couldn't tell if he was just joking or if he really considered that a fish that he had caught. the dad said he was gonna take the pics back home to texas and post them up on a bulletin board. so if any of you see pics from a guy that took his son to utah for a fishing trip, check for a red 5 gallon (winchester AA) bucket in the picture or a blue lawn chair. then you'll know that was my fish and just a question... would you ever take a picture of somebodys fish and claim that it was yours?? i think i'd have a hard time even posing with it, especially when every time you looked at the picture you would see yourself with somebody else's fish

Guest Xen
Re: keep an eye out for pics of my fish... well, his big speech about his adopted son was all about how he was trying to show him a better way than the drugs and gangs, etc. but what kind of lesson did he really teach him? how to fake a picture and tell a lie?
