What do I need to do after.......??

...the seed is on the ground???

I sprayed and ready to roll over the ground and then get it rototilled too.

After tilling I plan to use a hand spreader to broadcast the seed...

What do I need to do after that?

Should I drag it, roll it, or leave it alone.

I have an old box string mattress thats just the metal framing now I use to drag my gravel driveway.

I do not have anything to roll with..

Its Hamms Farm Trefole/Clover/etc seed if that makes a diff.

I'm glad you added that because it does make a difference. That is a very small seed that can't be planted very deep. After tilling the ground, pack it with a cultipacker or lawn roller, sew your seed, then pack the ground again. It would be best to time all this right before a rain.

The hamann farms clover trefoil grower blend is in our 1 acre plot. Would prepare a firm seedbed, then after broadcasting if a roller is available use that. If not I use a drag here and it works fine so long as you do not drag it over a loose bed. As suggested above, if you can sew your seed just before a rain, this will help a lot.

Yeah, you don't want to get it too deep. I think Martin himself suggests just broadcasting it right before a predicted rain.

I've thrown clover seed down with no dragging at all, just ran a roller over it to make good contact with the soil, and it came up fine.
