Weber Grill

We just purchased a new Weber "Baby Q" grill. We just wanted a small one that fit on a table top next to our trailer and we could use for the 2 of us!

Well, it is great! laugh.gif

I BBQ'd some buffalo burgers and tonight I did a buffalo steak! It was super!

I marinaded it for about 6 hours in some Lemon Butter with Garlic marinade and then on the grill for about 8 minutes. It was 1" thick! It came off medium rare and tender as could be!

That grill it really well made and it has a cast iron grate.

No complaints so far! laugh.gif

Sounds good Orlan. One of these days I am going to have to replace my old gas grill.

I forgot to mention this grill is gas and all it has is the burner. No lava rocks or any of that stuff. With the cast iron grill the temperature is even all across the grill itself! That is amazing compared to the cheap ones!!

Re: Weber Grill

Adding to the list!!

I grilled some deer chops last night. They were about 1" thick and I marinaded them in teriaki with sesame seeds for about 1 hour!

I took them off the grill when the therometer read "rare"! I let them sit for a couple of minutes and couldn't wait any longer. They were pink inside, tender as could be and went down very good!

I really like this little grill for the 2 of us! So far I haven't spoiled any meat!! shocked.gif
