its all about changes...

well i havent been shooting my best lately at 3D. i have been playing with to much stuff to see what will work the best for me. it seems it was not the right thing to do.

i changed my draw length back to 29 on my camo Hoyt Protec. i was shooting tonight at a 3D range and i took my #1 clarifier out of my peep and put in my 1/8 inch peep aperature.

made a big differance in the dark targets in dark spots. i can actually see them now.. it seems like i can see the target a little better. the reason i put my clarifier in was so that i could see the targets clearer .

but as some of you know a clarifier can help , but they also can blur up from rain and if the sun hits them right its a complete blur. so i took mine out , and put in a slightly larger peep the 1/8. it seems to help gather more light for me and help me see the targets better.

wee will see if the changes haelp this weekend . i have 2 shoots to go to and both are tough shoots.

Yeah, just have fun and quit thinking...grin.gif

You ain't got nothing to worry about at the Okie shoot. I've done set my competition bow down and broke out the hunting bow. I've got an ASA Qualifier next weekend and right now I'm shooting better with the old standby. grin.gif
