Just want to ask you because i have never looked. How much will a good ring cost me?
OJR
Re: Asking the big question From $1.00 to $1,000,000.00! I am sure you can find something inbetween!! I haven't looked for something like that is 40 years!! Good luck and I am sure that anything you pick out will be just fine!!!
VermontHunter
Re: Asking the big question I played it safe and took my wife out for a nice dinner and then visited the store together where I let her pick out the ring.... Don't go cheap my friend, this is for a life time... Good luck and best wishes....

buckee
Re: Asking the big question Better find out what kind of stones she likes best first. Not all women love diamonds ya know. My wife prefers emeralds. Don't spend too, too much on the engagement ring,(don't spend too little either..LOL) because then you'll just have to spend more on the wedding ring. Then after a few years of marital bliss, she'll be itching to get something for her other hand ..LOL

wtnhunt
Re: Asking the big question I let my wife pick it out herself. She chose one that was not too expensive, said she would rather us have the money to do other things with.
Muff
Re: Asking the big question it does not matter how much you spend on the ring....its after its on her finger that everything gets expensive....LOL.....I love my wife BUT she loves to spend every cent we have. Tominator
Re: Asking the big question LOL--true love doesn't care aboot ring size. Then again, the ladies do. I bought my wife's ring set with my student loan. I'd suggest going online and getting a diamond then have it set. If I ever buy my wife another diamond it will be online--totally serious.
