doughboy1956
New Radical/Radial Tire design by Michelin Thought you might like to see the next generation of tires. They had a pair at the Philadelphia car show. These tires are airless and are scheduled to be out on the market very soon. The bad news for law enforcement is that spike strips will not work on these tires. This is what great R&D will do and just think of the impact on existing technology:no more air valves, no more air compressors at gas stations, no more repair kits. BowtechTurkeyHunter
Re: No more Flats....! (pics) Looks like a nice concept but I would bet they cost a fortune ... I can see them being put on lucury cars though ... Steve
BowJoe
Re: No more Flats....! (pics) All they would have to do to destroy thos tires is create a blade that is about 10 ft long and angle it toward an on coming car. Shred those suckers like butter. Bowhntr
Re: No more Flats....! (pics) Interesting concept but that is one ugly tire plus I can't see a good off road tire being made like that.
