NiteRunner
Where do they like to hole up? Thicker type spots like Timber Slashings? Near fields? I'm kinda Clueless. I saw one a couple times cross a field and then head into some pines, but after that I lose him. What do you look for to determine if it's a den, aside from tracks? Guest HAWG
Re: Coyote Den? Coyotes and fox are very tricky they will usually find something in good cover(at least around here) but they are like any other animal they will take the path of least resistance all the time. Its hard to get one to come through really thick brush. i would say moderate cover like brush piles and even ditch bank near timber or some other close retreat.
