Birddog, I was fishing in the north. We have a cabin at the lake I was on. The pike action will be steady for another 6 weeks or so before the big girls get too deep. Usually when we go to Canada we cast back in the bays and catch to many to count, literally. And last year none of them were under 24" and we caught two or three tens/eleven pounders and a 15. I go fishing down at the local 3 acre pond and have caught some good ones for being pond fish. Nothing like a big beutiful old girl inhaling your dardevel! I love those big fish.
