Guest Andrea
I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it. Yesterday I watched this guy do this on tv. VERY SIMPLE. All you do is skewer chunks of pineapple, bananas and squares of pound cake ( the Sara Lee kind you get in the freezer section) and you grill it on low for about 15 minutes. Then you drizzle with chocolate sauce/syrup and serve with vanilla ice cream and whatever other toppings you like. Made my mouth water!!!! Can't wait to try it myself!! MCH
Re: Banana Split on the GRILL I saw a similar version on Food TV but it was some lady grilling it on the beach. The show was all about grilling and had several different chefs on it. Emeril, Paula, and if I'm not mistaken the Barefoot lady cooked BBQ chicken and then followed it up with the "grilled" Sunday. Looked great!
