Squirrelhunter91
These pics are from a secret spot in suburban Rockland County, NY. Let me know what you guys think the big buck will end up scoring. It looks like he is struggling to tack on a G2 on his right side but on his left side, it looks like we will have a G2 with a fork growing off of it. Let me know what you think. The main bachelor group: One antlered buck?: More bucks: The big guy: Another big one w/o G2's: Ok now, for some reason this doe, I am pretty sure it's a doe is only coming out late at night always and has white on her. I have never seen her, but my dad has. These trail cam pics are the first of her I've seen. But my concern is, what is this white stuff all over her body? I don't have any pics of her left side so I don't know if it is symmetrical or if it is hair or something like that. Maybe she is shedding late? Let me know again what you think. Another big doe:
wtnhunt
Re: Suburban Trail Cam Nice pics. A lot of growing left to do there for that buck Joe. Would not want to try to guess a score until he is done, but he should be a good one. Is that the same buck you got pics of by a fence last year? Sure looks like it could be to me if my memory serves me well.

Squirrelhunter91
Re: Suburban Trail Cam William, It might be the same buck you're thinking of. These pics were taken about 25 yards from the fence that was in the pics last year. We didn't see those 8 pointers all of last deer season so they must be out there. It's suburbia, not many places to go and no pressure. The growth looks similar, but the body size is about the same as last year:

wtnhunt
Re: Suburban Trail Cam Think if I am not mistaken it was actually a different pic I was thinking of that was a bit dark. Think it is the same deer Joe, got to remember that this time of the year, bucks are not as likely to be as heavy as they are in October. I don't think it will score more than 115 or 120 by the looks so far.

wtnhunt
Re: Suburban Trail Cam Might be Joe, but was thinking for some reason there was a gate in the pic, and the pic was a bit darker. Reason that pic stands out, is I vaguely remember having to lighten it up a bit.

Tominator
Re: Suburban Trail Cam Yep, those are the ones I was thinking about Joe. He's wide. Hopefully he'll put some length on the tines.

Adjam5
Re: Suburban Trail Cam Yup there were other pics of this buck, you have a good memory about the fence in the pics. That is the view outside of Joes bedroom window. Here is the actual view, from the woods to the back of the house. Thats Joes window seen thru center of the gate. This gate gets busy at times during october and november
wtnhunt
Re: Suburban Trail Cam Like I said reason I remember the pic and deer so well was becuase I lightened it up a bit and reposted it for Joe. Still going with my original thoughts that is the same deer. Bet he starts putting on a bit more weight as it gets closer to fall.
Adjam5
Re: Suburban Trail Cam Those bucks have nothing but mature oak hardwoods and expensive landscaping to live in around here. I agree he WILL be putting on weight soon. The acorn crop here is amazing...I just hope I see him before Joe does this october
