NiteRunner
Copied this from the News on the Homepage. HUNTING FILM WORLD PREMIER. Hunting, long dominated by males, is becoming the passion of more and more women. "Dressed To Kill-Women Who Hunt," a documentary by filmmaker Carol Wagner of Austin, Texas, reveals the motivations of women who defy stereotypes to pursue their passion. The film's world premiere is June 8 in Oklahoma City, with subsequent showings at film festivals around the country. Funding was provided in part by the Hunting Heritage Trust, Browning, Leupold & Stevens, Federal Premium Ammunition and others. For more information, contact Wagner at [email protected]. Texan_Til_I_Die
Re: Dressed To Kill-Women Who Hunt Nice! I'm sure the Political Left will try to depict these women as some type of aberration, but it's nonetheless a fact that women are the fastest growing segment of both the hunting and shooting sports. As for me i could not live with out the sport.Hope that the movie is not bad. If anyone gets any more info on this please wright. Me myself if other women want to pass it up the more for me and my family, they dont know what they are missing!!!.I love the feeling when i get out in the great outdoors. Some of my most cherished days have been in the field and i would never trade them for anything.I have been around hunting all my life and i will do my part to pass it on.I have had people all my life say YOU HUNT?? YOU SHOOT A BOW?? They look at me and see a girl they think no way can you do that. Well sure i do and pretty well i might add and with out it my life would have a big void in it.So when a hunting season rolls around again I will put on my camo and be dressed to kill!!!! GOOD LUCK IN THE FIELD TO ALL WHO READ.

Im sure it will come out on some type of media for general sale. I will be looking for a copy.

buckee
Re: Dressed To Kill-Women Who Hunt I've tried everything just to get my wife to go out in the bush with me. She did a couple of times, but just didn't see the beauty in sitting quiet, listening and watching. Waste of time, she called it ...LOL My hat is off to all you ladies who hunt, and I really do wish there were more of you.
Guest buckseeker
Re: Dressed To Kill-Women Who Hunt Unfortunately my wife has no interest in hunting, but my 5 year old little girl won't pass up the chance to get in the ground blind with me. She has another year til she can get a Missouri youth tag and hunt with her old man.
Guest phatboy
Re: Dressed To Kill-Women Who Hunt My daughter is 11 years old and we were fortunate enough to draw a antelope rifle tag in New Mexico along with a muzzleloader loader deer tag. She is comfortable with the Thompson Center with a 243 caliber barrel. I am looking for advice on loads with the Thompson Center 50 caliber. I have ideas of 90 grains of pyrodex with a 200 grain sabot? What type of advice can I get?
