Guest Andrea Posted June 7, 2006 Report Share Posted June 7, 2006 1/2 cup mayonnaise 5 ears corn, shucked 1 cup shredded Parmesan 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon chili powder ( or cajun seasoning) "Paint" each cob with a layer of mayo. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper and chili powder. Then roll in parmesean cheese. Wrap with aluminum foil and grill for about 10 to 15 minutes. YUMMY!!!!!! Heres how i do corn on the cob: Peel back the shucks but leave them attached at the bottom Remove all of the silk Melt an appropriate amount of butter or margeraine Add a tablespoon of white vinegar and some salt and pepper to the melted butter Brush over the corn, then re-wrap with the shucks Wrap in foil and grill for about 20 - 30 minutes, turning once The corn should be completely done but still very crisp.
