Jeramie Posted June 8, 2006 Report Share Posted June 8, 2006 Our office takes up the 3rd, 4th, and part of the 6th floor in one of the TV Guide towers here in Tulsa. This is a huge business district so the Parking lot is huge. Tuesday I noticed some closed trailers parking and setting up tape on the west side of the lot. I head out that way so I was really checking things out. As soon as I get around the corner low and behold there sits a Ford Shelby. I about wrecked my Kia..... Come to find out there is a classic car rally that happens in Tulsa every year. Its mainly fords with a few others mixed in. They go to a nearby track and race their old and new customs. Every year they set up in our parking lot for viewing. If I have to work tomorrow I will bring my camera. You should see these things, amazing. I drove through this morning so I could see what was out of the trailers..... Im still drooling... Ford GT Shelby Ford Cobra 68 Chevelle Mach 1 58 Stingray (somewhere around that year) Late 90's model Mustang with a skyscraping blower and way to many others to mention! There is no telling what these cars are worth, they are MINT. Again, if I have to work tomorrow ill bring my digital! They are racing Saturday so they wont be here Monday.
