ALL SELLERS MUST:

* Be a contributing member of the Realtree.com forums for more than a period of 1 month, AND have a post count greater than 20, OR have the referral of an upstanding member of the forums. This is to curb one time posters in the classifieds only. Realtree may delete the content of any such ads, at its sole discretion.

SPAM

Realtree.com encourages sellers to post ads on Realtree.com as long as they are not duplicates or other forms of spam, or otherwise inconsistent with the Realtree.com's Guidelines, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. Realtree may take action to delete Classifieds and/or Realtree user accounts that Realtree believes are misusing this service. Prohibited spam or otherwise impermissible marketing activities in Realtree.com may include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Posting an ad that contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials. This may include an ad that instructs the user(s) to contact the person/company posting the ad for more information.

* All transactions must take place between private individuals and seller’s ad can not direct buyers to any retail location and/or website
