Guest Huntin_Cop
My Dad just recently opened up a new Pay Lake called "Lucky K Lakes". He actually has two lakes but only one is finished. It is 2 1/2 surface acres and right now we keep a steady supply of Arkansas Channel Cats ranging from 2-6 pounds a piece. The lake also holds Flatheads and Blue Cats ranging from 5-45 pounds. Admission is $11.00 to fish for the Arkansas Channels with a 7 fish limit. Once you fill out your ticket you can keep fishing but you will be charged $1.75 per pound for each additional fish you catch. If you're a "Big Cat" fisherman, admission is $15.00. There is a .50 cent bounty on all fish over 15 pounds to put back. We also have tagged fish, biggest fish of the week, month, and year. So if you're ever passing through Northern Kentucky, we are located in Bracken County just off the AA Highway on Dutch Ridge Road. For more info you can email me at [email protected]. So stop by Lucky K Lakes and throw ya a line out!
Texan_Til_I_Die
Re: New Pay Lake How much business are you currently doing? I know several put and take fishing operations around here are doing quite well. On most weekends they will have anywhere from 20 to 40 people fish per day. I typically see more of a "by the pound pricing" around here.
